Goals & Artifacts

The main reason that I took my Masters was so that I would develop a greater understanding of the students and the characteristics of their disabilities within my classroom. I would then become knowledgeable about various teaching methods and strategies that would best help my students. Which would then give me the ability to know how to apply this knowledge and understanding to my own teaching practice so I would become a more effective teacher able to individualy provide the proper environment to help students overcome their difficulties and grow and become the best they can be.

Here are my Goals

Goal 1:
To increase my understanding of the characteristics of students
               with disabilities.
Goal 2:    To gain knowledge about various teaching methods and strategies to
help those students with special needs.
Goal 3:    To apply understanding and knowledge to my own teaching practice.
